A standard App + Practice Pack subscription includes Practice Pack shipments for one learner, and the ability to create up to three learner profiles under a single subscription, allowing each child to learn at their own level and pace. Practice Packs are not automatically shared across profiles; each profile may require a separate subscription to receive their own materials. Each subscription is handled individually and incurs its own shipping fee, ensuring every learner receives customized materials tailored to their needs. Math Practice Packs, however, can be added to an existing subscription without creating a new profile for the same learner. For additional learners, separate orders are required to ensure each learner receives their own materials.
If you'd like to receive Practice Packs for another learner, you can add a second Practice Pack without creating a new student profile. Simply place an order directly through the Math Practice Packs ordering page in your account or the storefront:
Log into the Dashboard
Select the Special Offers tab
Click which Packs you would like to add - we offer Math and Phonics shipments
Be sure to select what grade level materials you'd like this learner to receive
Once your order is placed, please allow up to 24 hours for the new subscription to be reflected on the Dashboard. Your pack will arrive within 7-14 business days, and an email with the tracking information will be sent to you as soon as it is available. You can also customize the shipment dates of your Practice Packs by logging into your account dashboard and adjusting the schedule to better fit your needs. For families with multiple subscriptions, billing and shipping dates can be synchronized upon request to simplify tracking.
Customization Options for Practice Packs
You can add additional Practice Pack materials to your shipment without altering the current level of your subscription. To do this:
Log into your Dashboard.
Open your active order/cart for Practice Packs.
Select “View Details” next to the cart item.
Add extra packs that align with your learner’s current level in the app. Note that additional packs are available for an added cost per pack. If you already have a Hooked on Phonics subscription, you can access Math content directly through the app by logging in and selecting Math from the Home page. For physical Math Practice Packs, place an order to include them in your subscription. The first Math pack is free.
Please note, newly added learners are not automatically enrolled for Practice Packs and may require manual addition or specific actions to start receiving shipments.
I already have all of the storybooks, can I buy just the workbooks?
At this time, our Practice Packs are pre-bundled as a workbook, 2-3 storybooks, and stickers. The workbooks alone are not available for individual purchase.
