If you are gifting a subscription to a family member or someone outside of your household, you can enter their address first to be used for shipping, then you can enter your billing address alongside your payment information.
The email address entered will be used to log into the App and Dashboard, receive notifications (progress reports, shipping updates, billing notices, etc.), and manage account settings. For gifting scenarios, you can either use your own email to retain control and share credentials, or use the recipient's email to transfer full control. Changing the email shifts all access, including notifications, to the new email. Ensure you no longer require control before making these decisions.
If I purchase a kit with App access, can the use of the App access be delayed for 2-3 years until the child is an appropriate age?
If you are purchasing a set that includes one year of App access, the App access will start on the date of purchase. We are not able to delay or extend App access purchases. You can purchase the workbook materials now, and then buy an App-only subscription at any time.
