Hooked & Company accepts purchase orders from tax-exempt organizations purchasing on behalf of a student or family. You may order any item from the website, with the exception of our monthly subscription plans.
To ensure smooth processing, customers are advised to include all necessary details in their purchase orders, including a valid tax-exempt certificate when applicable.
Required Information for Purchase Orders
To process a purchase order, provide the following details:
Tax-Exempt Certificate: If your organization is tax-exempt, include the applicable certificate in your order submission.
Order Scope: Specify the number of children the materials or subscription applies to, ensuring accurate fulfillment.
Shipping Address: Clearly state the shipping address to avoid delays in delivery.
Payment Method: Indicate whether payment will be made via check or credit card.
Payment Terms (if applicable): Confirm whether your organization complies with Net 30 payment terms, which require payment within 30 days of receiving the invoice.
If you know the product you’d like to purchase, you may submit your purchase order request along with your tax exemption form to the following email address: schools@hookedandcompany.com. Our Team will follow up with you within 1-2 business days via email to assist you with your purchase.
Policies on Types of Purchase Orders
Hooked & Company accepts purchase orders for certain items and programs:
Bundles and Materials: Purchase orders are accepted for the bundles listed in the Shop and 6-month or 12-month App-only access. Be sure to include the item names, quantities, and prices.
Monthly Subscriptions: Purchase orders are not accepted for the monthly subscription program. Instead, alternative payment methods should be used for these orders.
