Package tracking

Our standard wait time for package arrivals is 7-14 business days. Within a few days of your purchase/Practice Pack subscription renewal, your tracking information can be found in two places:

  • As soon as tracking info becomes available, you will receive an email with a direct link to track your package via the Carriers website

  • On Your Dashboard, locate your package subscription on the Subscriptions page and select View Details to the right of the order you wish to track. Scroll down to the details section and select the tracking number next to Shipment Tracking

NOTE: Tracking information may not be available for the first part of the package journey-- it typically updates when the package arrives at a local USPS distribution center, closer to delivery. If the Shipment Tracking section is blank, the information is not available yet.

For packages shipping to Canada:
We are unable to send a traceable tracking number for addresses in Canada due to the additional cost this would incur for customers. Please allow up to 21 business days to receive your package due to the delays associated with the customs process at our shared border.
