If you are not delighted with any product, we accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. As acknowledged when you ordered, we are unable to provide paid return labels, so you are responsible for paying return shipping costs. All materials must be intact and unused to receive a refund. Accordingly, you must return all program components in their original packaging.
To prevent lost packages, we strongly recommend that you choose an insured delivery service and/or a service that provides tracking information, as Hooked and Company is not responsible for returned packages that are not received. Please allow four to six weeks from the date we receive your package for your refund to be processed to the original form of payment. We do not provide refunds for shipping and handling charges.
