I Purchased Online
If you subscribed directly through us on the web (our website, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), you may cancel your App and/or Practice Pack subscription for Hooked on Phonics within your Account Dashboard:
Visit Your Dashboard
Log in using your subscription email address and the password you've created for the website
If you have forgotten your password or you have not logged into the website before, select "First Time Login or Forgot password?" and we will send you an email to set a new one
Select Manage in the subscription you would like to cancel, then select Cancel on the next screen
Answer confirmation questions when prompted, and cancellation is complete - you will not be charged for the subscription(s) you've just cancelled moving forward
Please return to the Subscriptions page to ensure any remaining subscriptions are cancelled if you intend to cancel entirely
*When your Practice Pack subscription is cancelled, any packages in the cart will be removed within 24 hours. No packs will be shipped if your subscription is inactive. If your cancellation occurs after a subscription renewal but before the next shipment, the remaining scheduled shipments will be fulfilled, and you will retain access to the app until the end of the current billing period.
I Purchased through the App/App Store
If you subscribed through the Hooked on Phonics App/your device's App Store, you'll need to manage your subscription through the Subscriptions menu in your App Store. In this scenario, if you need assistance with cancellation, refunds, or have questions about billing, etc., please contact your App Store:
* Please note, we do not delete your account or your App progress, so you may go back to the same place you cancelled and reactivate at any time. Reactivating your subscription is quick and seamless. Simply return to where you cancelled and restart your subscription to pick up where you left off.
