If you subscribed directly through us on the web, you may cancel your App and/or Practice Pack subscription for Hooked on Phonics within your Account Dashboard:
Visit Your Dashboard
Log in using your subscription email address and the password you've created for the website
If you have forgotten your password or you have not logged into the website before, select "First Time Login or Forgot password?" and we will send you an email to set a new one
Select Manage in the subscription you would like to cancel, then select Cancel on the next screen
Answer confirmation questions when prompted, and cancellation is complete - you will not be charged for the subscription(s) you've just cancelled moving forward
Please return to the Subscriptions page to ensure any remaining subscriptions are cancelled if you intend to cancel entirely
Please note, we do not delete your account or your App progress, so you may go back to the same place you cancelled and reactivate at any time.
