Your Practice Pack level will not adjust based on where your child is completing the activities in the App.
To change the level of your next shipment:
Log in to Your Dashboard
If you've never logged into the website before, select "First Time Login or Forgot Password?" and we will send you an email to create a password
Locate your Practice Pack subscription and select View/Manage Shipment
Select Change Pack Level or Add Packs to next shipment and a pop-up will appear
Remove the current pack from the cart, then select your preferred Pack from the options below
Scroll down to select Finalize New Selection and we will send the selected Pack on the date that is shown on the page
Navigate to the Practice Pack Manage page, then select Change next to Future Pack Level to ensure your subscription continues from the level selected prior
Ex) If you changed your next shipment to include Pre-Reader Steps 3&4, you'll want to change your Future Pack Level to Pre-Reader Steps 5&6
NOTE: If you are unable to lower your child's Practice Pack level, or if your subscription includes Bonus Books, please reach out to the Customer Care Team by submitting a request below.
