How do I change my shipment frequency?

By default, a new Practice Pack will be shipped to your home 1x/month on the date your subscription renews. If at any time you wish to receive Packs at a greater or lesser frequency, you may update your shipment frequency to fit your child's learning needs or your budget:

  1. Log in to Your Dashboard

    1. If you have forgotten your password or you have not logged into the website before, please select "First Time Login or Forgot password?" and we will send you an email to create a new one

  2. Select Manage in your Practice Pack subscription

  3. Select Update next to Shipment Frequency

  4. Select your preferred frequency, then Confirm and your shipment frequency will be updated, effective for your future shipment

  5. If you wish to change the shipping date for the package already in your cart, select back to subscriptions and navigate to the Recent Shipments section of the Practice Pack box

  6. Select View/Manage Shipment on the Cart order and update your ship date using the Change Ship Date option

Billing for Adjusted Frequencies

While there is no additional fee to change your shipping frequency, billing adjusts according to your selected cadence. For example, choosing shipments every 2 weeks results in receiving two packs per month, with each billed separately.

You’ll receive a pre-shipment email notification about a week before your Phonics Pack or Math Pack ships.

*Please note, App access subscription renewal dates cannot be changed, as these subscriptions renew every 30 days automatically. This 30-day cycle remains unaffected by changes to your shipment frequency.
