Pause my App and/or Practice Pack subscription

You may pause your App subscription and/or Practice Pack shipments at any time, allowing you to travel, catch up, take a break, etc. You may pause for up to 3 months at a time, and you will not be charged for the subscription(s) you choose to pause during the months the subscription is in a paused state.

  1. Log in using your subscription email address and password you've created

    • If you have forgotten your password or you have not logged into the website before, select "First Time Login or Forgot password?" and we will send you an email to set a new one

  2. Select Manage in the subscription you would like to pause

  3. Select Pause Subscription and complete the prompts as needed

    • You will receive an email confirming your selections, as well as a reminder email about a week before your pause period ends

    • When you pause the App before the renewal date, you will continue to have access through the end of the current paid billing cycle

  4. You may return to your dashboard and un-pause/resume shipments at any time, or extend your pause period if needed

    • To extend a pause, you'd select Resume Subscription, and then Pause Subscription again

NOTE: If you subscribed for App access via your App Store (and your App Store provider is billing you for the service) you will need to manage your subscription in your app store Subscriptions menu.
