You may change your payment method for future subscription payments at any time within your Account Dashboard.
NOTE: Due to the nature of our subscription-based products, we do not accept prepaid cards, CashApp cards, employer cards, government-issued cards, etc. Prepaid cards, employer-issued cards, and CashApp-type cards are not viable since their restrictions prevent support for recurring payments, which are essential for maintaining uninterrupted subscription services.
Log in to Your Dashboard
If you have forgotten your password or you have not logged into the website before, select "First Time Login or Forgot Password?" and we will send you an email to set a new password
Select Payments
Select + Add a New Payment Method at the top
Check the subscriptions boxes to assign your new payment method to your subscription(s)
After you've added and connected a valid payment to your subscription(s), you may remove old payment methods from your account if you wish by selecting Remove next to old payment methods
Ensure your new payment method is functional, supports recurring transactions, and has adequate funds to avoid disruptions.
If your subscription is past-due, your renewal will process within 24 hours of updating your payment method. Your new payment method will then be used for any charges going forward for the subscription(s) you've selected. However, if payment update attempts keep failing, consider contacting your bank or exploring alternative supported payment methods.
However, any charges made on the previous card will remain and cannot be moved to the new payment method.
