Your billing and mailing address(es) can be updated at any time via your Account Dashboard. Follow the instructions below, and note that this information is updated in different areas of your account:
Log into Your Dashboard
If you have forgotten your password or you have not logged into the website before, select "First Time Login or Forgot Password?" and we will send you an email to set a new password
Update Shipping Address
Select Manage in your Practice Pack subscription box
Select Update under the current shipping address
Enter the new shipping address then select Save and your next subscription package will be sent to the updated address, provided it is updated before the package is shipped (if you have a package in the Cart ready to ship, please reach out to us so that we can ensure it delivers to the correct address.
Update Billing Address
Select Payments at the top of the screen
Select Edit under the current billing address
Edit your billing address and select Save
