Yes, you will receive an email confirming your subscription cancellation after the process is completed. This confirmation email is intended to provide you with clarity and record-keeping for your processed cancellation.
Number of Confirmation Emails
Typically, we send a separate confirmation email for each subscription you have with us after the cancellation is processed. For example, if you have an App + Practice Pack subscription, and both are cancelled, you will receive 2 emails. If you haven't yet received them, rest assured they are on their way. If there’s a delay, make sure to check your spam or junk email folders to avoid missing these communications.
It is also recommended to revisit your Online Dashboard if confirmation emails are delayed or not received.
Access to the App After Cancellation
Once your cancellation request is processed, you will retain access to the app until the end of your current subscription billing period. This ensures uninterrupted service during the time you’ve already paid for. We may also send a separate email to help you track any final package shipments if your subscription includes physical deliveries. Once your billing period concludes, access to premium features of the app will automatically terminate. However, you may retain limited or preview-level access to some basic features or content as part of a free-tier experience. This provides users with an opportunity to explore non-subscription aspects of the platform.
Additionally, once your subscription is canceled, no further charges will be applied post the current billing cycle.
