You can find the shipping address information for your package by logging into the Dashboard and selecting View Details below the recent shipment listed under your Practice Pack subscription.
Changes can be made to the shipping address by selecting Manage below the Practice Pack subscription. Address changes will be applied to future shipments, and are not able to be submitted for packages that have already been shipped. If your package is being sent to an incorrect address, please reach out to a member of our Customer Care Team for assistance.
