My package is being sent to the wrong address

How do I change the address for my order?

If your package is being shipped to the wrong address, please contact our Customer Care Team via chat, text, or email with your order number and the correct address you'd like to use for your subscription. If your package has already been shipped, we will reship it for you at no cost to the new address provided. Please note, however, that packages may not automatically be forwarded to a new address, depending on the type of forwarding request on file with the post office or the specific classification of shipments. Make sure to update your address directly with us to ensure future deliveries are sent to the correct location. I
