Reasons for Dashboard Access Delays

  1. Order Processing Time - After placing an order, dashboard access may take up to 24 hours to become available as the order processing completes. This includes setting up your account and ensuring necessary payment verification.

  2. Payment Method Approval - Orders paid via some methods, such as PayPal, may experience additional delays due to the payment approval process. - Unsupported card types (e.g., prepaid cards or employer-issued cards) might block the order, causing the dashboard access to remain unavailable. In those cases, the authorization charge will reverse automatically, and a valid payment method should be used.

  3. Account Creation and Confirmation - Even after receiving an order confirmation email, your dashboard account might still be in the process of creation. Waiting up to an hour after email receipt can help in most cases.

Steps to Access the Dashboard

After waiting the recommended processing time:

  1. Use the First Time Login Option - Navigate to the Hooked & Company Dashboard and select the "First Time Login" or “Forgot Password?” option to create your password and access your account.

  2. Check Payment Status - If you're still unable to log in, verify that the payment for your order has been successfully approved.
