How to Resume Your Hooked on Phonics App and Practice Pack Subscription
If your Hooked on Phonics subscription for the App or Practice Pack has been canceled, suspended, or inactive for any reason, you can resume it through your account dashboard. Follow the comprehensive steps below to restore access and continue enjoying your subscriptions.
Steps to Reactivate Your Subscription
1. Sign In to Your Account Dashboard
Use your account email and password to access the online Dashboard.
If you have forgotten your password, reset it via the login page or use the temporary password provided by support if applicable.
2. Update Payment Information
Navigate to the PAYMENTS section of your dashboard.
Add or update your payment method to ensure successful billing. This step is necessary even if you suspect your payment method is active but has been recently outdated or declined.
3. Verify or Update Address Information
In the ACCOUNT section, verify your address details, particularly your shipping address, which is essential for Practice Pack shipments. This can be updated if necessary.
4. Resume Subscriptions
Go to the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab in your dashboard.
Locate the subscription you wish to resume, such as the App Access or Practice Pack subscription.
Select MANAGE, then click on RESUME SUBSCRIPTION. Follow the prompts until confirmation.
If reactivating a Practice Pack subscription, select the appropriate option for the existing learner or start a Practice Pack-only subscription for a new learner.
5. Special Notes for App Access Subscriptions
Your App Access subscription supports up to three individual learners. Ensure your account details are correct for all intended users.
