Your dashboard is the home base for your health journey in Hoot. It’s designed to be simple, visual, and easy to understand—whether you're new to tracking or a seasoned pro.

Here’s what you’ll find:

  • Daily Calorie Target
    The total number of calories you're aiming for today, based on your Smart Weight Target.

  • Macros
    See how you’re doing on:

    • Protein

    • Carbs

    • Fat

    • (Optional: fiber, sugar, sodium, etc.)

  • Meal Log Timeline
    Each food or drink you’ve logged today appears in order, with a summary and timestamp.

  • Water Tracker
    Keep an eye on your hydration with one-tap water logging.

  • Big “+” Button
    Your go-to action for logging more meals, snacks, or water.

Your dashboard updates in real-time with every log, so you always know how your day is shaping up.
