Tap the Progress tab at the bottom of your screen
Choose the metric you want to explore:
Weight changes
Daily calorie averages
Macros (protein, carbs, fat)
Water intake
Optional: sugar, fiber, sodium, etc.
Select a time frame:
This week
Last 30 days
Custom ranges
How to use your insights:
Notice patterns (like under-eating protein on weekends)
Celebrate milestones (like a 7-day streak or steady calorie control)
Make adjustments based on long-term trends
The more consistently you log, the more powerful your reports become. This is where real progress comes into focus.
