Life changes. Goals shift. And Hoot makes it easy to update your targets whenever you need to.
Here’s how to adjust your goals:
Tap the Settings icon
Select “Targets”
You can now change:
Calorie target
Protein, fat, and carb macros
Weight goal (current or target)
Activity level
Optional: fiber, sugar, sodium, cholesterol, saturated fat, water
Hoot will recalculate your recommended plan, or you can override any target manually.
Pro Tip:
Hoot sets safe minimums (1,200 for women, 1,500 for men) to help protect your health. We recommend checking in with a healthcare provider when making major changes.
