If you've entered your birth date incorrectly for your booking, it cannot be resolved by editing your traveler date of birth in the app. Please contact Hopper support so that we can correct it in the airline's system.
Be sure to edit this in the app as well so that future bookings will reflect the correct birth date.
Good to know:
- It is forbidden to change a birth date from an adult age (18+) to a minor age below 18 years old unless the passenger is travelling with an accompanying adult. Due to airline contracts, Hopper cannot support bookings in which the only traveler is less than 18 years old.
- You could be denied boarding if the birth date on your ticket does not correctly match your travel ID.
