Hoppier is here to help! We offer a full Help Center where you can find up-to-date information and guides on how to use Hoppier.

Support Hours

The Hoppier support team is available Monday - Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST. If you contact us outside of the support hours, you will receive a response the next business day.

Help Center

Our Help Center is an up-to-date knowledge base that includes all our guides on how to use Hoppier. The Help Center is searchable and is a quick way to find out how Hoppier works. The help center can be accessed through your web browser or by clicking the chat bubble in Hoppier.

To access the live chat

  1. Log into your account via the web portal

  2. Click the chat bubble in the lower right corner of your screen

  3. Click the Send us a message button
