Whether you are using Hoppier for team events or marketing events, it's easy to create a program and customize your smart cards and spending limits.
To create a program, follow these steps:
Log in to your Hoppier account
Click the Create a new Program button
You will be directed to the program settings page
Give your program a name and set your brand colors, and your logo. You will see a preview of your card on the right-hand side.
Protip: Set the card colors to match your brand, you can get the HEX values from your company's design team or use a browser extension such as this one.
Set the spending limit on each card, for example, if you are creating a lunch card you can choose $20 per card. Note: The currency of the card is in USD but it can be spent anywhere where Visa is accepted.
Choose a program start date, this is the date the participants can start using their smart cards. You can also select an end date after which the cards can't be used.
Add the billing address. This will be the address used by all participants. Participants will also have the option to change their billing address to match their shipping address if they wish.
Choose your vendors. These will be the vendors that the smart card can be used with. Note: you can also choose to allow all participants to use the smart card anywhere.
Once you are done, click the Save program button.
Now that your program is created, start adding participants to the program.
