Once your program is created and you're ready to invite participants you have to ways to send the invitations:

Schedule an Invitation

Hoppier provides you a way of scheduling an invitation, to schedule your invitation from Hoppier, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Manage programs tab.

  2. Select a program.

  3. Select the Send invitations tab.

  4. Scroll down to the Email cadence section.

  5. If this is the first time you create an email, click the Create my first email button.

  6. Choose one of the email templates, you can edit the template once you select it.

  7. Add the details about your program and edit the template to match what you want to send.

  8. Select the send date of the email invitations.

  9. Change the button color to match your company's log color.

  10. Click the Save changes button.

Pro tip: If you schedule an email from your account, it is sent from support@hoppier.com. If you are using Hoppier internally & depending on how your organization defines email security, it is possible that this email will end up in their spam folder. We recommend contacting your IT department request to whitelist support@hoppier.com.

Instant Link

Sending the instant link is our recommended option because you can send it to your participants via your own email domain or marketing platform.

To send an instant link, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Manage programs tab.

  2. Select a program.

  3. Select the Send invitations tab.

  4. Scroll down to the Invitation link section

  5. Click the Copy Link button.

  6. Paste the link in the email, you are sending to the program participants.

Invitation Link Expiration

The invitation link remains valid for 45 days and then it expires. Once the invitation link has expired you can get a new invitation link by following the steps here.
