If you have created a program and need to make changes to it, you can make certain changes to the program depending on the program's start date.

Change Program's Title

You can make a change to a program's title at any time by following these steps:

  1. Select the Manage programs tab.

  2. Select the program from the left-hand side. If you are looking to change the title of a program that has already ended, select Show past.

  3. Select the Program settings tab.

  4. Enter the new title.

  5. Click the Save program button.

Change Program's Branding

You can make a change to a Program's title at any time by following these steps:

  1. Select the Manage programs tab.

  2. Select the program from the left-hand side. If you are looking to change the title of a program that has already ended, select Show past.

  3. Select the Program settings tab.

  4. Change the colors, upload a logo or change the icon.

  5. Click the Save program button.

Change Program's Allowance per Person

You can make changes to the allowance at any time before the program's start date. Once the program has started the allowance can't be changed. It's important to ensure that you have enough funds in your account to allow for this change.

  1. Select the Manage programs tab.

  2. Select the program from the left-hand side.

  3. Select the Program settings tab.

  4. Enter the new allowance.

  5. Click the Save program button.

Change Program's Start Date

You can change the program's start date as long as the program has not started. Once the program's start date has passed you can no longer change it. This can be used when you want your program to start later than you originally planned.

  1. Select the Manage programs tab.

  2. Select the program from the left-hand side.

  3. Select the Program settings tab.

  4. Select the new program start date.

  5. Click the Save program button.

Change Program's End Date

If you would like to extend a program, you can change the program's end date at any time.

  1. Select the Manage programs tab.

  2. Select the program from the left-hand side.

  3. Select the Program settings tab.

  4. Select the new program end date.

  5. Click the Save program button.

Add or Remove Vendors from a Program

You can add or remove vendors from a program at any time by following these steps:

  1. Select the Manage programs tab.

  2. Select the program from the left-hand side.

  3. Select the Program settings tab.

  4. Scroll down to the Allowed vendors section.

  5. Make the changes to the selected vendors.

  6. Click the Save program button.

Add or Remove Participants from a Program

To add or remove participants from a program, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Manage programs tab.

  2. Select the program from the left-hand side.

  3. Select the My participants tab and follow the same steps of adding or removing participants.
