Having your account funded ensures that your program will run successfully and that your participants can use their smart virtual cards without facing any issues. You can set a low-balance warning that will trigger when your account balance is below a specific amount.

To set when the low balance warning is triggered:

  1. Navigate to the Company settings tab.

  2. Select the General settings tab.

  3. Scroll to the Low funds warning section.

  4. Enter the amount you want to use as a threshold for the warning.

  5. Click the Save changes button.

  6. You will receive an email if whenever your balance dips below the threshold that you set.
