Welcome to Horse Monkey, only a few steps now until you have your events live for online entries!

You will receive an email from Horse Monkey with your first time login details, you are able to copy and paste the password from the email so you can sign in (Some browsers prefer the password to be keyed in for the first time).  Once signed in for the first time:

You can change your password to something more memorable to you

  1. Using the left hand side navigation select MY PROFILE

  2. You will see 2 fields Password and Repeat Password - type your new password in twice and then click on the Update button to save the changes

  3. You also have a box in there called Venue Information where you can add any venue details you might want to communicate to riders - for example might be Sat Nav instructions or a bit about what else you offer.

In the MY SETTINGS area you will have MY USERS at the top where you can add other people who you want to have access to your Horse Monkey account so they have their own login then under that is:

MY PAYOUT DETAILS

It is important that you complete this section as soon as possible, MY PAYOUT DETAILS is located again in the left hand side navigation menu.  This information is what Horse Monkey use to make payments to you for your events.

  1. Select from the dropdown if payments by Transfer (Bank Account) or Paypal

  2. Complete the Bank Account Name, Sort Code and Account Number for the relevant section and click on Send Bank Account Button

  3. If selecting to be paid into a Paypal account please just complete the Paypal section, tick the box and click on the Send PayPal Account

This information is sent to Horse Monkey Accounts department encrypted for future payments and the information is not help on the Horse Monkey website.

Your now ready to add your events...
