How can I check if payment has gone through for an entry?

There are several ways to check your payment and entry has gone through:-

  1. Immediately after you have paid, you will get a ‘success’ entry confirmed box.

2. You will get an email confirmation confirming your entry.

3. You can check your bank account to check the payment has gone through/ the money has been taken.

4. You will get a notification on your horse monkey account. To check this, select the notification tab on the left hand side. You will see a list of notifications, one of which will be titled ‘Booking Confirmation’.

5. Click on the event you wish to bring up the details of.

6. If you select the ‘Confirmed Bookings’ tab on the left hand side menu of your dashboard, you will also see a list of your confirmed bookings.
