You can upload images of your horses' passport and vaccination pages to their profiles, this will allow you to provide the documentation when required by an organiser without having to do it for each individual event.

You can upload 1 or more images of the relevant pages of your horses' passport to the Passport and Vaccinations sections of their profiles. You can upload images taken with your phone or upload scanned documents.

To do it, follow these simple steps:

On the website:

  • Log in to your Horse Monkey account. On the left hand side menu select Horses, then either Active or Archived Horses

  • Now click on the name of the horse you want to update. Click the blue button Edit Horse Profile and scroll down to the Passport and Vaccination sections.

  • Click the blue button Select a File to upload previously saved images. After each upload click the Update button at the bottom right of the section to save.

  • Files can be uploaded individually or several together, just remember to click the Update button each time to save them on your horses profile.

  • Old files can also be deleted by clicking the 3 action dots to the right of the page, alongside the image you want to delete.

On the app:

  • Log in to your Horse Monkey account

  • Tap on the 3 lines in top right hand corner, this brings up the menu down the left hand side of your screen

  • Tap Horses and then either Active or Archived Horses

  • Tap the horse you want to update, then tap the blue button Edit Horse Profile

  • Scroll down to the Passport and Vaccinations section

  • Files can be uploaded individually or several together, just remember to click the Update button each time to save them on your horses profile.

  • Old files can also be deleted by clicking the 3 action dots to the right of the page, alongside the image you want to delete.
