If you need to reset your password please follow these steps.
Click on the forgot password link on the sign in page
Confirm the email you want to reset the password for ... and click send mail, you will see a confirmation after you do this
Check your email (and junk if you do not find it!) - click the active link to get to the reset screen.
Reset your password making sure you comply with the requirements and that you confirm it. Show password helps you make sure you can see what you are typing 😄
Make sure you update the stored password so you can access your account quickly
* Please be aware that sometimes old stored passwords are kept and load up in error so make sure you delete them before you start the process *
