As your entry has already been issued, we cannot cancel it without the approval of the Show Organiser. All Horse Monkey Show Organisers manage their own Horse Monkey accounts so you will need to contact them directly to advise them of your request to cancel.

You are able to find contact details for Show Organisers on the event details page or alternatively on your Entry Confirmation Email within the entry attachment.

Please be aware that the decision to refund an entry is entirely up to their discretion and each Show Organiser who have their own entry rules and policies.
