How can I check that my entry has been processed?

If you need to check if your entry has been processed correctly, please follow these instructions, 

1. Log into your Horse Monkey Account

2. Go to bookings. 

3. If you have booked, paid and entered you will see your entry in the confirmed bookings tab.

If you find your entry is still sitting in the draft bookings section this means the confirmation of payment has not reached us and for this reason the entry has not been confirmed.

If you have not finalised the payment process all you have to do is go to checkout to pay for your entries which will trigger an email confirmation.

If you have completed the payment yet your entry is not confirmed, please contact us at: hello@horsemonkey.com providing details of the payment method used, the date and if possible a copy of the confirmed transaction.
