The system won’t let me register for an account, why is that?

There are a few reasons why Horse Monkey might not allow you to create an account..

1 - Check that your date of birth has been entered correctly. To be an account holder you must be at least 18 years old. If you are younger, please know that we would love to have you but for security reasons, we need an adult to be in charge of the registration and of the account.

2 - If you are using our website, perhaps you did not tick off the captcha to confirm you are not a robot!

3 - You may have previously registered with us, and therefore just need to reset your password!

And last but not least, please make sure you have a good internet connection!
