Is my booking confirmed?

If you have processed an entry and completed the payment processes, you should immediately see the transaction being confirmed on your screen and you will see a red dot on the notification bell on the top right corner of your screen.

If you have not received the confirmation by email, please make sure that:

  • The email box you are reviewing is the address you used in your Horse Monkey account

  • Your junk/spam mail is not stopping our emails to you

  • Your email address has been spelt correctly

If you have checked the above and still have not received your confirmation email please contact the Horse Monkey team at hello@horsemonkey.com for further support.
