If you have processed an entry, you should have received a confirmation email, immediately after booking, if you have not received it yet it maybe for a couple of reasons
- your junk mail is stopping our emails to you.
- the transaction processed failed.
- or simply because the registration of your details on our sited failed (this can happen if you do not complete the captcha process to confirm you are not a robot! Sounds silly but it is an important security measure!
