You are able to edit riders details in the My Address section of your Horse Monkey account, to do this please follow these steps:

Login to your Horse Monkey account via the Horse Monkey website, then 

  • On the left hand side menu - select 'profile', then 'personal details'.

  • Scroll down and you will then see the address that is currently being used on the system.

  • Make the changes in the address fields, followed by clicking the save button.

The changes will have been saved for you and will carry through to future entries, should it be a requirement.

If you have noticed that your old details have been used for an entry that requires your postal address, please contact the organiser of the event to let them know of this update as soon as you can. You will find their details on your booking confirmation.
