Confirmed bookings
Where are these found?
These are found by going to your Dashboard > Financials > Bookings:
Pending Payment Outstanding (Professional Organisers only)
What does this status mean?
No payment link or authorisation has been done
How can I take the payment and close the booking?
There are several ways to do this:
Balance Event Now:
Choose to complete the process by selecting Stripe
Input card details
Booking Status > Paid Stripe
Alternatively you can use one of the other methods to record payment eg Cash, Debit Card, BACS, etc
Booking status would reflect the method recorded eg Paid Debit card
This option can also be accessed from the Event Summary:
Generate Payment Link
This generates a new Pay Now link which you can email and action in the same way as other links
This can be done on an individual booking basis
Select the 3 dots alongside the booking
Generate payment link:
OR
It can also be done on an overall account basis
Select the 3 dots alongside one of the bookings
Event Summary:
Select Generate authorisation to charge link:
This generates a Pay Now link for the outstanding amount
It is actioned in the same way as all other generated links
