These terms cover your rights and responsibilities when you use Hotel Hideaway.

If you use another service to access Hotel Hideaway, it may have its own terms too.

You can create an account directly with us, or with another approved service.

You need to be 13 or older to play. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission, and only players 18 or older can buy things with real money.

Keep an eye on mobile data charges while you play.

You can use Hotel Hideaway for fun, not as a business.

Being able to play Hotel Hideaway now doesn't mean you'll always be able to.

Pocket Worlds owns all the intellectual property in Hotel Hideaway.

Don't use Hotel Hideaway to hack or exploit anyone else's devices, or the game itself.

Don't harass, bully or try to harm another player, or anyone who works for Pocket Worlds.

Don't collect other players' personal information or spread it.

Don't share or promote nudity, and don't pretend to be someone else.

We use automated tools and human moderators. If we act on your content or account, you can ask us to review the decision within six months.

You're responsible for everything that happens on your account. If you're banned, you can't come back with a new one.

Keep your login details safe. Don't sell your account. Letting someone else use it is strongly discouraged, and you're responsible for anything they do.

Keep your account secure. We don't control third-party login services and aren't responsible for them.

Pocket Worlds owns the accounts and content in Hotel Hideaway and can suspend or ban accounts that break the rules.

If you delete your account, you might not be able to get it back, and we don't have to compensate you.

Don't create anything in Hotel Hideaway that copies someone else's work or contains anything malicious. You're responsible for what you make.

Other players will probably see anything you create.

We can't check everything other players make, so you might see something you don't like. Report it and we'll look at it.

We store chats as described in the Privacy Policy.

You keep any rights you have in what you create, but you let us use it to run, promote and improve Hotel Hideaway and other Pocket Worlds games, without paying you.

You're responsible for how you deal with other players.

You can't give or sell the virtual items you buy to anyone else.

Virtual items have no real-world value and can't be exchanged for real goods, services or money.

When you buy something, you pay any taxes, you need the bill payer's permission, and purchases aren't refundable except where the law says so.

Pocket Worlds owns all content in the game, including what you buy. Items you had before Pocket Worlds took over are still yours to use under these terms.

We can't promise the game will always be available or bug-free, but we'll work to make it as good as we can.

We can't promise the game is free of viruses.

Where the law allows, our total liability to you is capped at US $1,000, and claims must be brought within one year.

If you live in the EU or UK, your consumer rights still apply, and they win if anything here conflicts with them.

If we think you're doing something wrong or illegal, we can stop you from accessing Hotel Hideaway.

If we ban you or remove your access, we don't have to compensate or refund you.

You can delete your account at any time.

If you have a problem, contact us first. We'll try to sort it out informally for 60 days before anyone goes further.

The terms are governed by Texas law.

If you live in the US, disputes go to individual binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association, not to court or a class action. You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting the terms.

If you live in the EU, UK or another country with mandatory consumer protections, you keep those protections and can bring a claim in your own country's courts.

We can update these terms. We'll give you advance notice of significant changes.

Each paragraph stands on its own, so if a court rules one invalid, the others still apply.

We can transfer our rights and responsibilities under these terms to someone else, but you can't transfer yours without our permission.

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us.

We can contact you through any channel we have available. If you want to contact us formally, do it in writing.

If we don't enforce one rule, we can still enforce it, or any other rule, later.

If you cause problems in Hotel Hideaway, we can take legal action against you.

If you think content on Hotel Hideaway infringes your copyright or trademark, you can send a notice to copyright_agent@pocketworlds.com.

We're not responsible for things outside our control.

We can't promise every device will be compatible with Hotel Hideaway.

If a translation of these terms conflicts with the English version, the English version applies.
