Our Provider works with real-time data providers to track and settle events. Occasionally, there may be a temporary disruption in those data feeds, causing a hold-up in finalizing your bet.
3. Technical Glitches
Like any platform, Howl.gg can sometimes run into unexpected system hiccups that delay processing. When that happens, our dev team works to sort things out.

Head to My Bets on the Howl.gg Sportsbook.
Go to your Active Bets.
Find the bet in question and copy the Ticket ID.
Contact support with that Ticket ID handy.
