If your withdrawal is pending, it means it has been sent for manual review by our team.
This usually happens when additional background checks are required before we can proceed with the withdrawal. The review may take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours, depending on the results of the checks. During weekends, this process may take up to 24 hours.
However, all withdrawals that don't require manual review, are being approved within a few minutes as usual.
