To find your Steam Trade URL you should follow these steps:
Log into Steam Client and open your Inventory.
Click the "Trade Offers" button on the right.
Click on "Who can send me Trade Offers?".
Your Trade URL can now be copied and pasted into our settings on your Howl Profile.
