Sometimes when we see high activity from a user, and they have a lot of withdrawals in high values, a withdrawal limit is placed on their account automatically. This amount is determined by the system according to the bets/withdrawals the user made. This limit will be manually reviewed and lifted once all checks are complete.
This happens to secure and avoid possible fraud.
