To tip a user on Howl, simply navigate to our site chat room, click on your desired recipient's profile picture, and hit "Tip".
To be able to tip, there is a wagering requirement; this requirement depends on how much you have deposited within the last few hours.
One last requirement is that the recipient must be at least level 2. This is so they have access to the chat room. The minimum you can tip is at least 0.01$ and these are counted as free coins, so to withdraw them, the recipient still needs to deposit and wager along with the free coins to be able to withdraw them later.
