Sometimes, you may invite a colleague to your PrintOS account, but your invitee does not receive his invitation. Here are some troubleshooting solutions to common invitation issues:
Verify that the invitation was sent to the correct email address. Go to your Account app and click on Users→Invitations.
If the invitation was sent but not accepted, the status will show as "Pending."
2. Have the invitee check his Junk, Clutter, SPAM, or Promotions email folders.
3. If the invitation was not sent to SPAM, resend the invitation.
4. If the status is "Error" or "Expired," check that the email is correct. If the email is correct, send a new invitation using the "+" sign at the upper right:
Also, contact your local IT department to check if firewall policies are preventing the invitation from reaching your intended recipient.
