If you have the Automatic Alert Agent option, you can get a web, mobile or email notification every time it stops your Indigo press due to a print quality issue.

To activate this option, follow these 3 steps:

1: Go to PrintOS > My Notifications > Settings window.

2: Select the Automatic Alert Agent option 

3: Select your preferred communication channel (web, email or mobile)
