What to do if you cannot see your Indigo press in your Organization's account

Congratulations on your new HP Indigo press!

Most of you reading this article probably have a new HP Indigo press -- either a brand new press, or a pre-owned press which was recently installed at your company. Congratulations on your new acquisition! 

If you don't find your new press on PrintOS, don't panic: 

It will take a few days for your press's new location to filter down through all of HP Indigo's internal systems so the press can be visible on PrintOS. 

If after a week you still cannot see production data for your new press, please contact Support:
