How to access your Smart Uptime Kit (SUTK)

The Smart Uptime Kit (UTK) recently moved to the PrintOS Service Center.

Here's how to access it:

Option 1: Direct access

1. Enter the Service Center from any browser (you don't need to be within PrintOS).

2. Click on the SUTK tab:

Option 2: Access via PrintOS

  1. Enter the Service Center via your app-switcher. Note: Do NOT use the old "Indigo Smart Uptime Kit" icon.

  2. Click "Open Case"

  3. Choose the SUTK tab

*** If you are asked to provide credentials, just use the username/password you used to sign in to PrintOS.
