The Service Center widget on your HP PrintOS Dashboard puts service front and center by showing you the number of opened and closed Support Cases as soon as you log in.
To create a new Service Call, or to get more detailed information about existing calls, enter the PrintOS Service Center. To access the Service Center, either
Click on Support Cases on your Dashboard. OR
Click the My Applications icon on the top menu bar and select the Service Center icon.
If your organization has devices from several HP Graphics business units, then select the device family, or select "All" to see all your devices in a combined view.
