If your order has a status of Requires Balance, there was an error in processing your payment to prefund or top off your account. You will need to manually top off your order to start receiving leads.
You can access your Account Ledger in HQ to update your credit card information.
You can top off your account by clicking on your profile icon in the top right corner of HQ and choosing the Account Balance option from the drop-down menu, then clicking “Top Off”. Click Here for a step-by-step guide.
