Want to exclude all roles that fall outside of your chosen salary range? Over to you, Pay Range filter...
The pay range filter is a fast, intuitive means to filtering out the pay outliers within a set of results. If a number of roles are paying way above or below the market, it’s often likely that these are not representative of the market or the role that you are benchmarking against.
The pay range filter will join pay type, keyword search and organisation search in our left-hand navigation.
You can either filter by dragging the slider towards your pay range, or you can type in an exact figure.
Advanced Search Button
You are now able to start an 'advanced search' (inc. filters) from the homepage, by clicking on the arrow to the right of the quick search button.
This will open the additional filters section allowing you to add your keywords, organisations, adjust the pay type in just one move.
