Why?

Salary benchmarking is only as good as the confidence you have in the data. Nothing breeds confidence more than consistency, and this is critical when repeating your searches for the same roles. To speed up and streamline your process for the most reliable results every time, we're introducing Saved Searches.

Saved searches will allow you to save individual searches, including all additional filters (keywords, organisations, range, pay type). They will be unique to each user.

These changes will significantly improve your workflow and consistency of your searches by eliminating the need to replicate searches from scratch.

How?

To save a search, simply begin benchmarking a role as you normally would, adding job titles, applying filters and sorting through the results.

Then, name the search and click on the "Save" button on the right, just underneath the blue search bar, as shown below.

All of your Saved searches will be hosted on a dedicated page which can be found via the "My saved searches" button in the top left of the platform header.

You are able to save as many searches as you like for now. Here's an example of what the 'My saved searches' page will look like when populated with multiple searches.Β

Saved searches can be updated if you feel changes are needed, by clicking on an existing search title, editing the search criteria and pressing the same "Save" button in the top right.

Deleting a Search

You should find that it's getting very easy to save all of these wonderful insights at a great scale. However, there may come a point where you'd like to clean up your 'My saved searches' page and remove some of those searches that are no longer needed.

You can delete any search by selecting it (click anywhere on the specific search row or on that row's checkbox) and then clicking the bin icon on the top right of the Saved searches table header, as seen below. Once you confirm you want to delete these searches, they will be removed from the table forever. You can always recreate them from scratch if needed.

Saved search Titles

Ensure you can easily distinguish your searches by giving them unique Search titles. You can edit the title on the Results page or on your My saved searches page.Β

You can rename an existing search in the results view, shown below.

Launch new searches

You can also able to being a new search through the My saved searches area of the platform, as shown below.

We hope you enjoy these changes and if you have any thoughts or feedback to share, come and speak to us!
